Field Technician
Work in the field providing professional washing and detailing services for commercial trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles.
- Wash and detail commercial vehicles
- Operate pressure washing equipment
- Follow Fleet Shine quality standards
- Properly clock in and out of assigned jobs
- Maintain equipment and work areas
Shop Manager
Help manage daily field operations, employee training, quality control, and shop organization.
- Perform on-site quality checks
- Train and oversee field technicians
- Ensure employees follow company procedures
- Track and log inventory
- Help keep crews, equipment, and jobs organized
Sales / Account Manager
Manage new sales opportunities while maintaining strong communication with new and existing Fleet Shine customers.
- Follow up with and close new leads
- Handle customer communications
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Prepare and send customer invoices
